Cancellations policy

Unfortunately we have had to take the hard decision to impose a cancellations policy. Cancellations cost our industry thousands of pounds a year. After the two years that the hair industry have recently suffered, and the upcoming financial uncertainty, late cancellations are not something we can afford to shoulder.

We hope you understand.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of the full amount.

Large colour work taking longer than three hours will require a 50% deposit before your appointment can be secured.
